We are a leading Microsoft and CISCO Certified Information Technology Company located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. We are currently looking for a professional Network Engineer to join our rapidly growing organization.
Description
As a Computer Technician you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Computers, Laptops, LCDs, Printer, Scanners, and other related equipment. You will also be required to provide preventive maintenance, technical support and on-site services as required. Other responsibilities will also include but are not limited to the following:
• Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to support clients.
• Responds to inquiries and requests for support with the client’s computer systems or PC’s.
• Installs PC’s and related hardware and software. Investigates hardware and software problems. Performs system hardware and software communication connection repairs. Performs diagnostic testing.
• Analyzes, plans, designs, and installs new computer systems and reviews, monitors and upgrades existing computer systems. Determines user specifications for hardware and software.
• Analyzes business needs and new technology and makes recommendations.
• Customer Technical Support and IT Help Desk.
Requirements
• A suitable degree/diploma in any computer hardware field or equivalent years of experience.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the IT Security field.
• Any related hardware and repair courses and certifications.
• Hands-on experience in hardware and software installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in printer repair and other peripherals.
• Experience in technical support and customer service.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Must possess ability and desire to learn new technologies fast and be detailed oriented.
• Ability to work on multiple and concurrent tasks.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Maintains confidentiality.
